Our Civil Litigation department is headed by Anthony Cole. In addition to representing clients in personal injury and clinical negligence claims Anthony has acted for numerous clients in all manner of civil disputes over the past 15 years.

ELS & Cole act for private individuals, partnerships and limited companies. Disputes we act in, and have acted include employment law, general debt collection, non-payment following supply of goods and services, neighbour disputes, boundary disputes, consumer claims, construction claims, landlord and tenant disputes, trademark and copyright disputes, and injunctions.

ELS & Cole recognise clients need to be fully informed throughout the litigation process. Clients require advice and assistance that is competitive in price, provided quickly and with authority, and is advice that assists in resolving the dispute in question be this through the Court process, mediation or by negotiation.
