Family and Matrimonial

Our Family & Matrimonial department is headed by Eric Skinner. Eric has practised as a solicitor for over 25 years, and is very experienced aspects of Family Law. He is a member of Resolution, an association of specialist Family Law practitioners.

Eric is assisted by Claudia Parks, a solicitor also specialising in Family Law, who is also a member of Resolution.

ELS & Cole provides advice and assistance in respect of all Family Law matters including divorce, disputes over disputes over money following marriage break up, contact with children disputes, parental responsibility applications.
