ELS & Cole is able to act for clients under Conditional Fee agreements, which are more commonly known as a “No Win, No Fee” agreements and we are happy to provide an initial free assessment by telephone or in person for anyone wishing to seek advice in respect of a potential claim.

We intend always to resolve a claim as speedily as possible to the satisfaction of the client, and seek to obtain interim payments wherever possible. We understand that it is not always possible for clients to attend our offices and in such cases we can arrange for home visits.

If ELS & Cole act under a “No Win, No Fee” agreement when a client’s claim is settled ELS & Cole guarantee it will not take any payment at all from a client’s damages.  A client will get to keep 100% of any compensation awarded to him or her.
