ELS & Cole is able to act in all probate matters, no matter how small or large the estate. We are also able to advise on all aspects of estate planning e.g. drafting and amending wills and codicils, the establishment of trusts for the purposes of limiting inheritance tax, drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney for loved ones in the event of an inability to handle one’s own affairs.

We understand that it is not always possible for clients to attend our offices and in such cases we can arrange for home visits.
